Since 1992, Emerald Communities has been redefining retirement living through innovation, connection, and a not-for-profit mission. What began with Emerald Heights in Redmond has grown to include Heron’s Key in Gig Harbor, which opened in 2017—and will expand again in 2028.
Guided by an experienced leadership team, we’ve led several successful expansions and continue to grow to meet the evolving needs of today’s older adults. With vibrant communities, lifelong security, and a focus on people, Emerald Communities is dedicated to enriching the lives of those we serve.
